Thursday 14th MayAscension Day

Sunday 17th May - Asia Sunday, the anniversary of the inauguration of the Christian Conference of Asia on the Sunday after Ascension Day in 1959. On this day churches in the region (that includes Australia and New Zealand) pray for each other.

17th to 24th May - Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

Sunday 24th May - The Day of Pentecost, 50 days after Easter Day, celebrates the gift of the Holy Spirit and marks the beginning of the Christian mission to the world.

Sunday 31st May - Trinity Sunday sums up our encounter with God who we know as Creator and Father, have seen in Jesus the Christ and experience as Holy Spirit in our lives.

We Pray and Celebrate with Other Australians 

Tuesday 26th May - Sorry Day when we acknowledge the suffering of Indigenous Australians on the anniversary of the release of the “Bringing Them Home” report.

Wednesday 27th May - The anniversary of the 1967 Commonwealth Referendum acknowledging the rightful place of Indigenous people in the Australian population.

27th to 3rd June - Week of Prayer for Reconciliation (National Reconciliation Week)

Wednesday 3rd June - Mabo Day, the anniversary of the 1992 recognition of the pre-existence of native title to land in Australia.

3rd May - Celebration of 150 years of the united Presbyterian Church in SA

17th May - Jazz service
