Missed a Sunday at Church?

Missed a Sunday or would like to hear that sermon again? Did you know that you can watch and listen to the readings and the sermon on the Scots Church website?

It’s easy – this is how to do it!

On your computer, open your browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Firefox) and type http://scotschurch.org/ in the search line at the top.

The home page of our website will appear. You can left-click on all sorts of things here on this page. Have a play with it to see all the information you can access.

On the right hand side there is a list of menu items. Scroll down a bit and you will see ‘Latest Sermons’. Below is a list of video sermons with their dates. Choose the one you would like to listen to and click on [Listen...]

A window will open with a little ‘play’ arrow in the centre of it. Click on this and you will be able to watch and listen to the readings and the sermon.

If you run your mouse over the picture, a little menu line appears at the bottom (see image on the left). You can select the volume (a little speaker symbol), a ‘watch later’ symbol, subtitles (the CC symbol) and settings (which you probably don’t need to change).

When you have finished making any changes, you can then press the ‘play’ arrow and sit back and enjoy!

Soon we hope to have a mobile-friendly website which can be viewed more easily on a smart phone or a tablet computer. Later we will have Podcasts (audio only) which you can download to your phone or tablet and listen to when you are away from your home computer.
