Peter Haddrick was organist and choir-master of Scots Church from 1978-2009. During this time, from 1990-2000, his influence brought additions to the organ, including a row of horizontal trumpets housed at the rear of the church, making Scots organ a unique organ in Adelaide. Peter loved to play the trumpets, especially for dramatic effect including fanfares and postludes.

On Sunday, June 26th, we will remember Peter who was organist for Scots for 31 years, dedicating an organ scholarship in his memory, as well as dedicating the upgrade of the organ console. This was made possible by the bequest from Ronda Hoare, who was an assistant organist and choir member for many years
